At Alolitees, every item is made just for you when you order. Because our apparel is print-on-demand, we keep things simple and fair.

🛍️ Order Changes

Need to update or cancel your order?
Contact us within 12 hours of purchase and we’ll do our best to help before production begins.

 

👕 Since Items Are Made-to-Order

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• ordering the wrong size
• change of mind
• color preference differences
• minor color variations from screen displays

👉 Please check the size chart before ordering for the best fit.

We’ll Make It Right If:

Your item arrives:

✔ damaged
✔ defective
✔ misprinted
✔ incorrect

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

 

🔁 Replacements & Refunds

If there’s a problem, we will:

-send a free replacement
-or issue a refund if a replacement isn’t available

No need to return damaged items.

 

🎨 Color & Print Notes

Slight color differences may occur due to screen settings and the printing process — this is normal and part of custom printing.

 

🚚 Shipping Notes

We are not responsible for carrier delays or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
If your package is marked delivered but missing, please contact the carrier first.
